Meet Our Team

Jennifer Morris, LPC, ALPS, PMH-C

Founder & Clinical Director

I'm a therapist based in Morgantown, West Virginia. I primarily work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, maternal mental health concerns, and the challenges that come with life's transitions. I have a special interest in supporting women through postpartum experiences, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), relationship concerns, and healing from difficult life experiences.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy provides a space to slow down, gain insight, and begin feeling more grounded, connected, and in control.

My work integrates EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and DBT, allowing me to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs. I strive to create a supportive, honest, and grounded environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and creating meaningful change.

In addition to providing therapy, I offer clinical supervision for therapists working toward licensure. Outside of work, you'll usually find me with my four boys and our golden retriever, tackling a home project, or listening to a good podcast. I believe growth doesn't just happen in session. it often happens in the small, everyday moments when things begin to feel a little different.
