West Virginia Medicaid, Tricare East, PEIA/UMR, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, UMWA, Peak Health, and Aetna

Standard 60 minute therapy sessions are billed at my current contracted insurance rate. For clients who are not using insurance, the private pay rate is $150 per session.

Private pay rates for family therapy sessions are $175 per session.

Initial clinical assessments may be billed at a slightly higher rate due to the extended time and documentation required. Please reach out if you have any questions about fees or payment options.

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made securely through your client portal using a debit card, credit card, or HSA/FSA card.

All payments are processed through a HIPAA-compliant system for your privacy and convenience.

If I am not in-network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Please note that reimbursement rates vary by plan, so contacting your insurance provider in advance can help you understand your benefits.

A limited number of reduced-rate sessions are available based on financial need and scheduling availability. Please reach out if cost is a barrier to care.
