Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is offered for children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward.
Family Therapy
Family therapy is offered to support improved communication, stronger relationships, and a better understanding of each family member’s needs. This work can be helpful for families navigating conflict, life transitions, parenting challenges, or the impact of anxiety and trauma within the family system. Sessions focus on creating a space where each person feels heard while working toward more supportive and effective ways of interacting.
EMDR
EMDR therapy is used to help process and reduce the impact of distressing or traumatic experiences. This approach allows the brain to reprocess memories in a way that decreases emotional intensity and supports healing.
